Founder - Chief Product Officer
Leader with several years of experience managing both people and projects. Got his start in the United States Marine Corps where he learned leadership skills, detailed project planning, budgeting, and research. Chris has since applied his knowledge leading projects in marketing, IT, software development, and user experience. Chris is passionate about making decisions based on real data for the maximum benefit of people. Chris holds a Bachelors from Penn State and an MFA from Brigham Young University.
Founder - Chief Executive Officer
Gordon Whitehead specializes in leadership and organizational development with a particular interest in helping emerging leaders accelerate their leadership growth. His career includes 13 years in the United States Marine Corps where he served both as an enlisted man and as an officer. He left the marines as a Captain to join the Nike team where he held several positions with international responsibilities, including the Director of IT for the Americas Region. Other professional positions include: Director of IT for Sequent Computers, Vice President for FB&B Consulting Group, and Vice President of IT Operations for CorVel Corporation. Gordon has been a head varsity basketball coach and an assistant varsity football coach for championship teams in Oregon. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oregon State University in Business with concentrations in business administration and finance with a minor in Japanese. He holds a Doctor of Management degree from George Fox University and is an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University. Founder - Technology Advisor
Michael has several years of experience as a technology leader. He has a history of taking sloppy code and barely working applications and turning them around into redundant, scalable, (and most importantly) functioning systems. He specializes in functional programing and machine learning, and has done extensive backend work for several large, data-based, international organizations and startups. Currently he is the Director of Engineering at Big Squid.
For over two decades, Tim Rahschulte has helped companies with product development, performance management, strategic roadmapping, workforce planning, and leading change efforts that enhanced team cohesion and achieved greater business outcomes. He has co-authored three books, been a contributing author to many more, and has authored dozens of thought leadership articles for magazines and peer-reviewed academic journals. Most recently he served as chief learning officer for a private equity owned organization in Portland, Oregon where he designed and commercialized the Professional Development Academy. That company was sold to CEB in 2016 for $275 million. Additionally, Tim teaches graduate courses in leadership. He has been an invited lecturer at many universities in the U.S. and in Oxford, England, Shanghai and Beijing, China, and Athens, Greece.
Matthew Burton has spent a majority of his career working for innovative and complex companies in the technology space. He has directed several world-wide leader initiatives, reorganized large engineering groups, and lead Human Resources teams and functions, in a non-traditional way. Matthew has a passion for development, creation, and pushing companies and people to stretch and grow. Matthew has an obsession with soccer and loves coaching and player development. He and his wife now live in Northern Utah and are parents to three bright and precocious children. He is currently the Director of People and Great Work at O.C. TANNER.
David K. Williams, after 13 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fishbowl retired July 2017. Fishbowl is the #1 provider of manufacturing and warehouse management software for QuickBooks and asset tracking solution for large enterprises. Williams has over 35 years of executive level experience in multiple industries, where he has consistently been a natural leader and top sales performer. Since taking the top office at Fishbowl in 2004, he has created rapid growth, garnering national recognition for Fishbowl, including positions for multiple years on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies, Deloitte Fast 500 lists, Red Herring Global Top 100 companies, as well as other regional and local awards.
